What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Support sales onboarding programs, including scheduling, materials, and tracking completion
Coordinate ongoing sales training initiatives, covering product updates, messaging, tools, and best practices
Assist in preparing and maintaining sales playbooks, pitch decks, battle cards, and FAQs
Organize, update, and maintain sales enablement content in the CRM or enablement platform
Act as a liaison between Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations to improve processes and tools
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, marketing, training, or a related role
Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), Google Workspace, and/or Microsoft Office
Understanding of B2B sales processes and methodologies
Basic data analysis and reporting skills
Strong organizational and project coordination skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment
Familiarity with sales enablement platforms and learning management systems (LMS)
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams
Experience with content creation and management for sales teams
