About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Vice President to provide senior leadership and strategic oversight of its programmatic and behavioral health services. This role is pivotal in managing a diverse range of services, including community corrections, residential work release, licensed inpatient and outpatient drug and alcohol services, licensed outpatient mental health services, re-entry services, and intake services. The successful candidate will also be responsible for non-criminal justice related services, such as the Pathway to Care and Recovery and Recovery Housing. Key responsibilities include managing customer relationships, developing and executing strategic goals, and ensuring the accessibility, effectiveness, quality, and compliance of all programmatic services in line with the organization's mission and core values.
Candidates for the Executive Vice President position at the company must have a Master’s degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or a related field, with a minimum of 10 years' experience, including at least 5 years in a management role. The role requires a deep understanding of the criminal justice system, behavioral health, substance use disorders, facility operations, finance, and the business community. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in resource management, supervision, problem-solving, strategic planning, and conducting research. Strong mentoring and training skills are essential, as is the ability to be a self-starter, motivated, and adaptable to changing technology. Experience in a non-profit setting is highly preferred, and the candidate must be able to manage a 24/7 on-call status.
