The CEO will also be tasked with strategic planning, fiscal management, and diversifying the company's funding sources to ensure sustained growth and stability.
Candidates for the CEO position at the company should have a Master's degree and at least 10 years of leadership experience, with a background in social services, healthcare, children's services, or public policy administration. The ideal candidate will have a strong history of fundraising, experience in managing a budget of at least $20 million, and a proven ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
