Job Requirements and Duties Age 18+ and responsible for every shift activity: cost controls, inventory, cash control, customer relations, staffing, paperwork, perfect image, great customer service, attendance, transportation, store cleanliness, marketing, profitability. Follow all policies 100% and set the example for the crew.

General Job Duties for All Store Team Members

Operate all equipment.

Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk‑in cooler.

Prepare product.

Receive and process telephone orders.

Clean equipment and facility.

Orientation and training provided on the job.

Communicate verbally with customers and coworkers to process orders.

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, divide accurately and quickly.

Make correct monetary change.

Enter orders using computer keyboard or touchscreen.

Navigate adverse terrain while carrying product.

Work Conditions

Varying adverse weather when removing trash and performing outside tasks.

In‑store temperatures range from 36°F in cooler to 90°F+ in some work areas.

Exposure to cornmeal dust, hot surfaces/tools up to 500°F, sharp edges, mechanical parts.

Sudden temperature changes inside and outside.

Fumes from food odors.

Physical Requirements

Standing, walking, lifting, pushing, carrying, pushing up to 7.5 lb force.

Lifting bulk product up to 50 lb, stacking up to 72 in high.

Transport between store and delivery vehicle, customer location.

Reach above 72 in for oven controls, pricing, shelf objects.

Hand tasks: eye‑hand coordination, frequent use of forearms, wrists, pinching.

Additional Job Details

Reaching: above, below, forward continuously.

Hand tasks: grasping cans, phone, pizza cutter, pizza peel, boxes.

Machine, tools, equipment: pencils, pens, computers, telephones, calculators.
