Receive, review, and approve initial grants, amendments, and modifications.
Manage award budgets and expenditures for compliance with grant terms and departmental guidelines.
Supervise grant personnel, conduct evaluations, provide training, coaching, and professional development.
Assist districts and schools with grant modifications, school improvement plans, and budget adjustments.
Track data and ensure annual renewal processes for grantees are completed by deadlines.
Prepare reports for external evaluators, auditors, and the USF Administration, including budget and activity reports.
Serve as a resource for School Improvement staff and act as the first line of contact with the Florida Department of Education.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree and four years of research or research administration experience, or a Master’s degree and two years of experience.
Leadership experience preferred.
Criminal history background check – Level 1 and Level 2 required.
