Retail Associate - Inventory role with starting wage of $11.00 - $13.00 per hour. Ability to work varied, traditional and non-traditional flexible hours. Count and record inventory with precision — accuracy matters. Follow a clear, consistent workflow — your playbook for success. Move between inventory locations, often walking or standing for extended periods. Meet daily performance goals and pursue productivity-based wage increases. Assist with inventory-related tasks and participate in processes that contribute to overall efficiency. Qualifications / Team Requirements
Must be at least 18 years of age. Experience in Retail, Stock, Customer Service, Cashiers, Sales Representatives, Driver and/or Warehouse work is valuable. No inventory experience? We provide training; if you bring discipline, you can learn quickly. Ability to stand, walk, and stay active during shifts. Comfort with handheld scanners or counting tools. Strong focus and attention to detail. Reliable attendance and commitment to consistency. Positive, team-oriented attitude. We encourage applications from candidates who have no degree, have no experience or are returning to the workforce, or have military experience. Access to reliable transportation. Working Conditions
The position requires standing for prolonged periods, occasional walking, repetitive motions with hands and wrists, ability to work in low positions (squatting, kneeling, or crouching), use of ladders, lifting and carrying items up to 25 lbs, and periodic travel by car or plane (including overnight stays).
