What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Develop and implement effective business and territory call plans to maximize engagement strategies
Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers across virtual and face‑to‑face environments
Deliver targeted messaging and insights to drive product demand and enhance customer engagement
Educate healthcare providers on product value propositions and relevant disease states
Collaborate with cross‑functional internal teams to address customer needs and deliver on business objectives
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s Degree
Minimum of 3 years of pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical marketing/promotional/sales experience
Strong communication skills and a demonstrated history of marketing and sales success
Valid US driver’s license and a driving record in compliance with company standards
Must reside within 50 miles of the assigned territory
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
3-5 years of specialty marketing/promotional/sales experience
Strong knowledge of disease states and therapeutic areas
Proven track record in strategic account marketing and relationship building
Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and changing environments
Experience working with key thought leaders or high‑influence customers
