What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Launch new products and develop strategies to manage business relationships with assigned accounts
Build and maintain rapport with customers through virtual and in‑person engagements
Deliver compliant and targeted messaging to drive product demand and support healthcare providers
Educate providers on product value propositions and disease state information
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to address customer needs and support business objectives
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s Degree OR an associate’s degree with 6+ years of experience; OR high school diploma (or equivalent) with 8+ years of relevant experience
Minimum of 3 years of pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical marketing/promotional/sales experience
Proven history of marketing, promotional, or sales success with strong territory management skills
Must reside within 50 miles of the assigned territory
Valid US driver’s license and driving record compliant with company standards
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
3–5 years of specialty marketing/promotional/sales experience
Strong knowledge of disease states and therapeutic areas
Experience working with key thought leaders or high‑influence customers in healthcare settings
Demonstrated ability to engage and influence customers throughout the sales process
Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to adapt to new technologies
