What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Conduct routine monthly audits within assigned department functions to ensure accuracy and adherence to policies
Prepare reports on monthly audit performance for review by department and company leadership
Provide constructive feedback to managers and staff, assisting in the design of improvement plans
Communicate and correct errors discovered during audits in a timely manner
Facilitate collaborative work sessions to discuss quality issues and improvement opportunities
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Minimum of three years' experience in a relevant field
Strong understanding of patient registration, authorizations, collections, and auditing
Ability to perform data analysis and report creation to support the Revenue Cycle
Familiarity with conducting barrier and root cause analyses
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience in quality assurance or training roles within healthcare
Knowledge of revenue cycle processes and best practices
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for feedback facilitation
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Familiarity with audit processes and quality improvement initiatives
