This position is located in South Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
Hourly rate: $21.40 per hour. Core hours are 6:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.; overtime may exceed these hours and be mandatory at times.

What You’ll Do Assemble overhead switchgear products, performing a variety of light to medium duty final assembly operations. You will handle complex sub‑assembly tasks, align components, and follow standard procedures.
Key Processes
ఇంపatient and medium duty assembly.
High‑voltage testing (Hi‑Pot) and functional testing.
Assembly of cables and wire harnesses.

In This Function, You Will
Follow established working procedures.
Set up a workstation to facilitate assembly and work independently పార్ట్ or in a group donar.
Complete paperwork, record labor, confirm production, and move products to the outgoing materials zone.
Screen defective parts or make adjustments and report concerns.
Interact with other departments as needed for advice.
Assist QA and engineering with problem‑solving for new product development.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
Minimum six months of relevant manufacturing, military, or related experience.
Location: candidates must reside within 50 miles of the work location (Active‑Duty military exempt). No relocation benefit is offered.

Preferred Qualifications
At least one year of manufacturing experience.
Trades training or equivalent in soldering, brazing, electronic terminology, symbols, and circuits.
Skills
Flexibility to work in a changing environment and perform multiple job functions.
Ability to read blueprints and drawings.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, SAP, and related applications.
Physical ability to walk/stand for an 8‑hour shift and lift or push/pull 48 pounds.
