Influencer Marketing Lead

to expand and optimize our influencer marketing initiatives for the launch of our second generation player this Q4, managing both our in-house strategy and external influencer agency to drive brand awareness, engagement, and revenue growth. Your Responsibilities: Manage and collaborate with our influencer marketing agency to secure high-quality influencer partnerships and campaigns Develop and execute influencer strategies aligned with overall marketing and brand goals Identify, evaluate, and build relationships with new influencer partners across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other relevant platforms Oversee contract negotiations, deliverables, and performance tracking of influencer campaigns

Analyze campaign performance, produce regular reports, and optimize based on data and KPIs Coordinate influencer content with broader marketing initiatives, including product launches, social media, and brand collaborations Stay on top of industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in influencer marketing

Our Requirements:

3+ years of experience in influencer marketing or social media campaign management Hands-on experience managing agencies or external marketing partners Strong understanding of influencer ecosystems across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging channels Experience negotiating influencer contracts and understanding performance metrics Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously A data-driven approach with the ability to optimize based on measurable outcomes
