A well-established law firm is seeking an experienced Labor & Employment Partner to join its Nevada offices (Reno). This role offers the opportunity to lead a highly respected practice group with a diverse client base. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of eight years of experience in Labor & Employment law, with a strong background in employment defense and commercial litigation. This position is ideal for a skilled attorney looking to manage complex cases and lead a team in a collaborative and supportive work environment. Location: Duties: Manage a wide variety of complex Labor & Employment matters, with an emphasis on employment defense and commercial litigation. Lead and mentor a team of attorneys and legal professionals. Provide strategic legal counsel to clients on employment-related matters, including workplace issues and litigation. Develop litigation strategies, risk management plans, and ensure the efficient handling of legal cases. Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, while pursuing business development opportunities. Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in Labor & Employment law. Requirements: Minimum of 8 years of experience in Labor & Employment law, including substantial experience in employment defense and commercial litigation. Extensive knowledge of Labor & Employment law, with the ability to manage complex legal matters. Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and multiple cases. Ability to develop strong client relationships and contribute to business development. Exceptional communication, organizational, and analytical skills. Education: Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Certifications: Admission to practice law in Nevada. Skills: Expertise in Labor & Employment law and commercial litigation. Strong leadership and team management capabilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to develop and execute legal strategies effectively.
