Your primary focus will be to address customer inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure that our clients feel valued and heard.
Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner. Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and professionally. Provide information about our products and services to assist customers. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and enhance customer satisfaction. Assist in training new staff members on customer service protocols and procedures. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in customer service is a plus. Proven experience in a customer service or support role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
