$32-$38 per hour LHH is currently seeking a talented and experienced Benefits Specialist to join our client's team on a contract-to-hire basis. Job Description:

As a Benefits Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing and administering our client's employee benefits programs. You will be responsible for ensuring employees have a comprehensive understanding of their benefits and are able to make informed decisions. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of benefits administration. Key Responsibilities: Administer and manage employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, life insurance, and retirement plans. Assist employees with benefits enrollment, changes, and inquiries. Conduct benefits orientations and provide ongoing education to employees about their benefits options. Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations related to employee benefits. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee benefits information. Collaborate with HR and payroll teams to ensure seamless benefits administration. Assist with the development and implementation of new benefits programs and initiatives. Provide exceptional customer service to employees regarding their benefits. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in benefits administration or a related role. Strong knowledge of employee benefits programs and regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. Seniority level
