As a Licensed Clinical Therapist, you will address a diverse array of mental health conditions reflective of our varied patient demographics.
Key Responsibilities: Build strong provider-patient relationships and collaborate effectively with external providers Screen and assess patients for a range of mental health and substance use disorders Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavioral therapy Systematically monitor treatment response and track changes in clinical symptoms and potential side effects Maintain accurate electronic medical records (Athena) and documentation to meet all regulatory standards

Requirements: Master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related counseling field Active and unrestricted professional license (LICSW, LMFT, LMHC, or LPC) in Oregon
Preferred Qualifications: 2+ years of clinical experience post-master's degree Experience delivering psychotherapy to individuals and families Proficiency in using technology for communication and records management, including Excel, Outlook, and Athena RMS (or similar EHR systems) Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with team members
The salary range for this role is $59,500 to $116,600 annually for full-time employment, with compensation reflecting various factors including local labor markets, education, and experience. UnitedHealth Group also offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive programs, equity stock options, and 401k contributions, all subject to eligibility requirements.
