Salary:
Up to $100k base, $200k OTE, totally uncapped. A rapidly growing FinTech company focused on revolutionizing financial services for the healthcare sector is seeking a highly motivated and driven Account Executive to join their expanding sales team in either the DC or NYC area. This is a unique opportunity to be a key player in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment and make a significant impact on the company's success. The Role: The Account Executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth through proactive sales activities, primarily focused on cold outreach via phone, email, and in-person meetings. The role involves identifying and qualifying leads, conducting engaging product demonstrations, and closing deals with medical practices and healthcare professionals. Additionally, the Account Executive will attend industry conferences to network with potential clients and generate leads. Responsibilities: Conduct cold outreach to prospects to generate leads and initiate sales conversations. Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline. Deliver compelling product demonstrations to potential clients. Effectively manage the sales cycle from lead generation to close. Meet and exceed monthly sales quotas. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer information in the CRM. Requirements: 2+ years of proven sales experience with a track record of success in cold calling and lead generation. A hunter mentality with an strong personality and strong closing skills. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Strong understanding of sales fundamentals, including objection handling, pipeline management, and follow-up strategies. Proficiency in using sales tools and technology (CRM, G Suite, Zoom, etc.). Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment. Bachelor's degree preferred. Experience selling to the healthcare industry or in a FinTech environment is a plus Seniority level
