This role requires at least 3 years of ER nursing experience, with a minimum of 2 years spent in a Level 1 trauma environment. The ideal candidate will possess the skills and confidence to provide high-quality care in a fast-paced emergency department setting. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in the emergency department.- Assess patient conditions and implement appropriate care plans.- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.- Respond to emergency situations promptly and effectively.- Educate patients and families regarding health conditions and treatment plans.- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities. Requirements: - Current Registered Nurse (RN) License in New Jersey.- Minimum of 3 years of Emergency Room nursing experience.- At least 2 years of experience in a Level 1 trauma center.- Certifications: Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS from the American Heart Association.- TNCC certification required.- COVID vaccination, including one booster and a flu shot. Orientation: - Two days of classroom orientation, with no on-unit orientation required. Schedule: - Full-time position with night shifts from 7 PM to 7 AM. Why Choose Us?
