The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to patient care and will be instrumental in the management and provision of care for diverse patient populations. As a member of the interdisciplinary team, you will apply your professional nursing knowledge and skills through the nursing process, ensuring a high standard of care. Key Responsibilities: - Provide and manage nursing care to patients in a hospital setting, including operating room (OR) experience.- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.- Perform assessments, plan, administer, and evaluate nursing care.- Utilize EMR systems such as EPIC to document and manage patient information effectively.- Participate in departmental meetings and maintain up-to-date knowledge of nursing practices. Qualifications: - Minimum of 2 years of current experience in a hospital setting as a Licensed Registered Nurse, including operating room experience.- Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP, FHM.- Must be COVID vaccinated, with medical or religious exemptions considered upon request.- Ability to float to Mother-Baby/Postpartum units as needed.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
