- Experience answering phones and scheduling appointments.
- Knowledge of insurance verification and billing processes.
- Assist healthcare professionals in delivering patient care and treatment.
- Take and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.
- Prepare patients for examinations and assist with medical procedures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.
- Schedule appointments and manage patient flow within the clinic.
