Deburring Operator
Location: Solon, OH Schedule: 1st shift, 50 hour standard work week We are seeking a reliable Deburring Operator to join a high precision machining environment. In this role, you'll use hand and power tools (like files, scrapers, and grinders) to remove burrs and sharp edges from machined components, preparing them for the next stage of manufacturing. Responsibilities
Deburr parts using hand tools and standard equipment such as vibratory units, grinders, and brushes Visually inspect parts to ensure they meet quality standards; use basic measuring tools as needed Follow blueprints or work-order instructions to determine deburring requirements Maintain workspace organization and tool cleanliness; adhere to safety protocols Keep accurate logs of production counts and part identification Perform basic upkeep on tools and report maintenance needs Qualifications
High school diploma or GED preferred 1+ year of experience in deburring, metal finishing, or a similar machining environment Excellent hand-eye coordination, manual dexterity, and attention to detail Ability to read and interpret basic instructions or work orders Dependable attendance About the Role
