CCI is seeking an experienced
Data Operations Specialist
to support our customer, U.S. Southern Command (USSOUTHCOM), in Doral, Florida. This position is contingent upon award of the USSOUTHCOM Cyber Information Technology Enterprise Services (SCITES).
Key Responsibilities
Data validation, migration, and management:
Experience with data validation, data migration, and working with Microsoft DevOps to manage tasks, resolve software issues, and track progress.
Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs):
Contribute to development, review, and updates of SOPs to ensure data practices align with organizational standards and support financial and operational data processes.
Data ownership and quality:
Take ownership of data validation tasks, ensure data accuracy, consistency, and coherence, oversee data quality, and develop plans to address issues.
Data operations support:
Support and optimize daily data operations, validate, calculate, and ensure efficient execution of critical data processes.
Collaboration:
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data integration and flow, providing timely, accurate, and actionable data.
Task and progress management:
Manage work schedules, provide status reports, and track task completion.
Software issue management:
Use Microsoft DevOps to manage, prioritize, and resolve software issues for smooth operations.
Financial and operational data management:
Collaborate with teams to maintain accurate and reliable data.
Mentoring:
Ability to mentor junior data operations specialists.
Required Skills
Bachelor’s Degree in STEM and 5 years of experience.
DoD Secret security clearance with the ability to obtain Top Secret clearance.
Strong communication and technical skills, especially in merging data to create data-centric solutions.
