HR Operations Manager Manage the deployment and administration of operational processes for HR programs and projects Collaborate with key stakeholders to provide consultation, process design, and project leadership for HR program rollouts Develop scalable tools and methodologies to enhance HR operations Ensure accuracy, security, and compliance of employee data management Oversee reporting, regulatory filings, and compliance standards Lead selection and management of external HR vendors and outsourcing contracts Develop and improve HR policies, procedures, and systems in alignment with business goals Administer expatriate assignments and immigration processes Monitor and report on HR service delivery metrics Manage total rewards programs and ensure accurate HRIS system management Analyze HR trends and metrics for strategic decision-making Execute HR projects and change initiatives Act as a trusted advisor on HR policies, practices, and employee relations Oversee safety compliance and Workers' Compensation programs Qualifications: Bachelors degree required; Masters degree preferred HR certification preferred Minimum of 5 years of operational HR experience Experience with Canadian workforce is a plus Background in supporting manufacturing employees preferred Proficiency in HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite required Strong understanding of HR functions, best practices, and employment laws Strategic mindset with focus on process improvements Client's Offerings: Medical benefits Dental and Vision coverage 401k retirement plan
