Travel Cath Lab Tech - $2,699 per week in Kenner, LA

Job Title: Cath Lab Tech Profession: Radiology/Cardiology Specialty: Cath Lab Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 hours (07:30 - 16:00) Experience: Minimum of 2 years in specialty required License: Compact or state license in hand upon submission Certifications: ARRT required Must-Have: Ability to apply for Allied Health licensure within 72 hours of signing Description: Candidate must apply for Allied Health licensure within 72 hours of signing. Please ensure traveler is aware of the following: This position is in an area commonly impacted by hurricanes. The hurricane season runs from June 1 to November 30, but storms can occur outside of this window. Upon accepting an assignment and starting your role, the unit manager may assign you to an Emergency Team. There will be an expectation to stay at the facility until after the storm passes or to be part of the relief team. Specific details pertaining to pay will be relayed for each storm as impacts vary. By signing your travel contract for this position, you accept these terms. You should not apply during the hurricane window if you are not comfortable with the above. Shift time is Monday to Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, with call requirements on weekdays and weekends. On-call requirements are 10 days per month, including 1 weekend (Friday, Saturday, Sunday). No floating to other locations is required. First-time travelers are accepted. References are not required for submission. Manager/Supervisor references will be required for clearance to start the contract. Charge RNs are not acceptable references. AHA certifications are required. Additional certification requirements may apply for specific specialties. Resources who worked as permanent staff or in-house agency contractors must have been separated from the system for one full year before they can return as travelers.
