Phlebotomist Patient Services Representative - Floater

to represent the face of our company to patients in multiple locations. This role involves drawing quality blood samples, preparing specimens for lab testing, and delivering exceptional customer service while adhering to cGMP guidelines and company policies. The floater PSR will travel between assigned locations, ensuring coverage and maintaining high standards of accuracy, safety, and patient confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform venipuncture, capillary, pediatric, and geriatric blood draws. Prepare specimens for testing in accordance with established procedures. Verify patient demographics and labeling accuracy in the patient's presence. Maintain accurate records, logs, and documentation. Rotate between patient service centers, in-office phlebotomy sites, and other designated locations as needed. Provide a safe, professional, and positive experience for patients. Maintain clean and organized work areas in compliance with safety guidelines. Operate independently with minimal on-site supervision. Comply with all company policies, procedures, and dress code requirements. Assist with the training and onboarding of new staff when required. Required Experience:

High School diploma or equivalent. 3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections. Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and clean driving record (if applicable). Nice-to-Have Experience:

2 years in a Patient Service Center environment. Medical assistant or paramedic training. Phlebotomy certification (required in CA, NV, WA). Required Skills:

Superior customer service skills. Strong phlebotomy techniques. Ability to work independently and travel between locations. Preferred Skills:

Keyboard/data entry proficiency. Retail or service industry customer service background. Additional Skills:

Ability to handle multiple priorities in a high-volume environment. Flexibility with schedule, including weekends and holidays. Benefits:
