Human Resources Generalist
Location: Onsite, in office five days per week in Wichita, Kansas Employment Type: Full-Time (W2, US work authorization required) Your Role & Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for employee HR questions, fostering a positive and responsive experience. Administer HR programs and ensure accurate employee data management within ADP HRIS and Oracle. Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Coordinate benefits administration, including enrollments, changes, and employee education. Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives. Prepare and analyze HR reports to support leadership in decision-making. Handle onboarding and offboarding, and other HR tasks in the employee life cycle. Champion culture initiatives. Handle light office administration (mail, ordering supplies) Responsible for asset management for employee equipment. Skills & Experience You Should Possess 5+ years of HR generalist experience in a structured environment. Proven experience working with ADP HRIS systems (Workforce Now, TotalSource, or equivalent). Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Knowledge of Federal and State employment laws and HR best practices. Clear and professional communication style. Attitude is everything here
must be able to create high stakeholder satisfaction, even when the answer is no. Bonus Points If You Have Experience improving HR workflows or introducing automation. Familiarity with performance management tools or employee engagement platforms. Education & Certifications You Need Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience. Must be authorized to work in the United States.
