Job Summary
SHI is on the lookout for an Anaplan Solutions Architect & Model Development Expert to enhance our Finance team. This is a full-time role responsible for gathering requirements, designing, developing, testing, and implementing Anaplan models. You will lead the successful delivery of Anaplan Incentive Compensation and Territory & Quota models for SHI end-users.
Role Description
Your key responsibilities will include:
Consulting with stakeholders to build and evaluate business requirements, ensuring that model designs meet business needs.
Designing, developing, testing, and implementing effective Anaplan solutions.
Modifying existing models to create connected solutions and optimize functionality.
Creating and maintaining reporting analysis and user interface dashboards for both administrators and end-users.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate existing Excel models into efficient, dynamic Anaplan models.
Driving new or enhanced Anaplan implementations, upgrades, and integrations.
Configuring and maintaining Anaplan models including lists, modules, and dashboards.
Reviewing and triaging issues reported by End Users, performing root cause analysis, and building solutions.
Managing Anaplan requirements backlog, architecture, access management, configuration, and integrations.
Engaging with internal Learning & Development teams to create Change Management materials related to Incentive Compensation and Territory & Quota updates.

Intermediate ability to write, debug, and maintain code in various scripting and programming languages. Other Requirements Applicants should possess: A completed Bachelor's Degree or relevant work experience. A minimum of 3 years experience as an Anaplan Model Builder. At least 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure. A willingness to travel occasionally. Compensation The base salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $115,000. The estimated on-target earnings (OTE), which includes base salary and bonus, range from $99,000 to $126,500. Compensation can vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. Benefits include medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending options.
