Lead Construction Superintendent
Family owned firm, in business for decades, is looking for a Lead Super to join their team! First job - wood frame multifamily project in Framingham MA. They have grown substantially over the past 20 years into one of New England's premier GCs! Build high-profile projects up to $120M across various sectors: Multifamily, Senior living, Mixed-use, Hotels, Academic - special projects division for life science & TI work. Large enough to have a significant & stable pipeline of projects, small enough where you are not just a number. The Lead Super is responsible for: Onsite daily - first job in Framingham MA Overseeing the full scope of the physical construction of the project Safety, QA/QC, Subcontractor Management, Document Control, Schedule, Relationship Management & Project Management Supervision of day-to-day work in the field Turning out high-quality work in the largest possible quantities for the lowest possible cost in the shortest possible time Planning in advance and ensuring the flow of personnel and materials will be available Managing and developing assistant super & other junior staff The right Lead Super has the following qualifications: 10+ years of Superintendent experience Good tenure with reputable firms Must have run numerous Wood Frame Multifamily projects $30M+ (as Lead Super) MA CSL, OSHA The Lead Super will receive: Base salary up to $170K Gas card Vehicle allowance or truck Health benefits 401(k) Match Contributions and Profit Sharing Employee Referral Program Annual Bonus Paid Time Off Best in class Training and Development
