Position will be Responsible For:Set-up/ operate sheet metal brake press equipment for a variety of new, repeat or prototype partsMaking program edits / adjust the machine as neededComplete all inspection, quality processes as needed per partMaintaining production rate/speed consistently across wide variety of workRequirements 1-2 years experience setting up / operating brake press equipment preferredAt least 6 months manfacturing/machine operation experience requiredProficient in use of basic hand measuring tools (micrometers, gauges, calipers)Comfortable with an an environment with periods of time where workload is of high variety or higher volume productionAble to lift raw material or finished goods up to 35 pounds, handle regular repetitive movements required in operations or material/part handlingAble to stand for up to 8-10 hours per day with minimal break periods, and sit or walk as needed Starting pay dependent on applicable work experience ***Every year here WMP we evaluate and work improve the benefits we can offer our people.
