U.S Citizenship required with the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret level security clearance. Knowledge of Aeronautic Engineering and Technology CAD/CAM, Structural Design, Harness Installation, and Software Engineering Domains Knowledge/experience in Agile, application development, DevSecOps, cloud, automated test, disruptive technologies, and cyber security. Knowledge/experience in CAD/CAM and Harness tools. Full Spectrum Leadership (FSL) and Culture of Accountability (CoA) leadership traits, ability to work/lead teams, ability to work/collaborate with Engineering Function, Aero IT, and IT personnel across LM Strong presentation and communication skills, ability to represent Senior Management with Aero on enterprise and industry initiatives Strong initiative and organizational skills Team player with ability to work with diverse teams across multiple locations Job Description
Manage the resources and products assigned to CAD/CAM Development team Program Manager for CAD ART Development Teams to ensure new requests are prioritized against existing backlogs to support the Customer and stakeholder needs Represent the Senior Manager with StarDrive Solution Train to provide PLM/CAD deployment and support to Programs as needed Communicate decisions, priorities, and other relevant cross-product initiative information to appropriate agile teams and stakeholders Support Program Manager with Cross-experience backlog management and prioritization Support Agile process facilitation Attend Agile Scrum Team meetings to resolve or escalate roadblocks as necessary Coordinate team resourcing Lead multiple Agile PM/PO's to help remove blocking issues. Participate in quarterly/continuous planning sessions to oversee assign agile team's backlogs Provide personnel to assigned Agile Teams regarding tasks, projects, and operations. Ensure that teams are adhering to Agile fundamentals and maximizing productivity through sound Agile practices Ensure Agile teams are providing Operations & Maintenance (O&M) backlog support for developed tools. Domain knowledge in Aeronautic Engineering and Technology CAD/CAM (3DExperience Native Client, CATIA V5), Structural Design, Release, Product Lifecycle Management tools (3DExperience, Xcelerator), and Model Based Systems Engineering (Teamwork Cloud) Experience with SW Development, Configuration Management (CM), and Deployment/Support of SW Applications Familiar and experience with Agile Development methodology and practices. Familiar with Operational Support Tool (Service Central) Familiar with Agile Management Tools (Jira) Other Important Information

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $128,400 - $226,435. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidates final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidates work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer. Benefits offered: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays. (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays.
