About the Role:
The Payroll Specialist is responsible for managing and overseeing the payroll processes and employee benefits administration within the organization. This role involves ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll, maintaining compliance with federal and state regulations, and managing various employee benefits programs.
Position Responsibilities and Required Qualifications: High School Diploma, required - Bachelors Degree, preferred. Proven experience in payroll processing and benefits administration (5+ years, preferred) Proficiency with payroll software (ADP Workforce), preferred 2+ years of basic Excel, required Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
