Curriculum & Content Development Manager
Make a Difference for Climate and Equity. Were seeking a Curriculum & Content Development Manager to lead the design, development, and evaluation of high-quality education and training content. Your work will support Slipstreams workforce development initiatives, equipping individuals and organizations with the latest knowledge, skills, and tools needed to excel in the energy efficiency, renewable energy, and building science sectors. The ideal candidate is an experienced instructional designer with a passion for workforce development and a knowledge of energy efficiency, renewable energy, home performance, building science and weatherization, and other sustainability-related topics. What Youll Do Curriculum Development Design and develop innovative, engaging, and effective curricula for in-person, online, and hybrid training programs. Ensure alignment of curricula with workforce needs, industry standards, and Slipstreams mission to advance equitable climate solutions. Content Creation Lead the integration and management of curriculum and content within a learning management system. Collaborate with internal and external subject matter experts to translate technical content into accessible training for diverse audiences. Create and oversee the development of training materials, including webinars, presentations, digital learning modules, videos, and assessments. Apply best practices in adult learning, instructional design, and workforce training to ensure content is engaging, relevant, and impactful. Program Evaluation and Improvement Develop metrics and evaluation tools to measure the effectiveness of training programs and learner outcomes. Collect feedback from participants and stakeholders to refine and improve curriculum and content.
