Overview
Manage planning, execution, and governance of ETL processes from AFS (source) to ACBS (target).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integration with upstream and downstream applications.
Drive stakeholder alignment, risk mitigation, and delivery excellence across the migration lifecycle.
Provide technical oversight and guidance on data mapping, validation, and cutover planning.

Rest assured; we will always be clear about role expectations. What you must have to be considered 10+ years of project management experience in large-scale data migration programs.
Deep domain expertise in Commercial Lending and familiarity with lending operations.
Hands-on experience with ACBS (Automated Commercial Banking System).
Proven track record of managing ETL processes and data integration across complex systems.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in consulting environments.
Up to 25% travel may be required.
These will help you succeed Experience working with FIS or similar vendors in lending modernization programs.
PMP or equivalent project management certification.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive consensus in matrixed organizations.
Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in financial services.
Consulting experience with Fortune 500 clients or large banking institutions.

This position is eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans
