The Director of Corporate Accounts, reporting to the Vice President of Foodservice Distribution, is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing and engaging at all levels of Perdue’s corporate account distribution partnerships and strategies. This role develops and executes initiatives to enhance market presence, drive profitable growth, and strengthen alignment between internal teams and external partners. #LI-SB1 Principal and Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Develop and implement a national corporate account distribution strategy aligned with company objectives. Lead market-facing activities that support sales organization priorities. Serve as the primary contact for account interactions, ensuring partner needs are effectively addressed. Set and achieve financial targets for customer performance through strategic initiatives. Partner with sales and marketing to align customer strategy and engagement. Coordinate cross-functional training programs for internal and external stakeholders on products, services, and compliance. Conduct market research to identify trends impacting broker sales agency and distribution strategies. Collaborate with compliance teams to mitigate risks and resolve discrepancies. Present data-driven insights to support strategic decisions. Explore alternative distribution models to expand reach and effectiveness. Education and Experience Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field plus 10 years of experience in sales and distribution management. Proven leadership and team development skills Strong communication and relationship-building abilities Proficiency with Windows, TPM & CRM systems Deep understanding of foodservice market dynamics Perdue Farms Inc. is an Equal Opportunity employer.
