ELIGIBLE FOR CMH EMPLOYEE REFERRAL BONUS: NON-PRIORITY RECRUITMENT The Clinical Informatics Analyst will collaborate with diverse stakeholder groups in the procurement, development, implementation, customization, management, evaluation, and continuous improvement of clinical information systems. They will gather information throughout the clinical knowledge life cycle, from knowledge generation to cataloging, embedding knowledge into workflows, and measuring usage and effectiveness. They will help develop solutions to improve clinical workflow and decision-making, applying user experiences, research, and informatics principles to enhance clinical practice and system usability. Job Requirements Knowledge of/Skill/Ability to: Comprehensive understanding of clinical principles to evaluate system needs. Understanding of healthcare informatics principles, clinical decision support systems, EHR, and HIE standards. Ability to manage multiple projects, work independently, and adapt to evolving priorities. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Proficient in operating, troubleshooting, and optimizing software and hardware systems. Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with diverse populations. Experience in project management leading to positive change management is preferred. License/Certification Current licensure as a Registered Pharmacist (RPh) by the Oregon State Board of Pharmacy (Required). Basic Life Support (BLS) through American Heart Association required. Certification in Pharmacy Informatics from the American Society of Health Systems Pharmacists (Preferred). Education And/or Experience Doctor of Pharmacy Degree and 3-5 Years Hospital Pharmacy Experience or completion of hospital pharmacy residency preferred. Previous experience involving clinical information systems implementation and use is preferred. Advanced education in medical informatics is preferred. Experience with Oracle Cerner EHR is preferred. Physical Demands and Work Environment Conditions / ADA Compliance Position involves standing, walking, stooping, and occasional lifting of lightweight materials (up to 20 pounds). May require sitting for extended periods. Requires visual acuity, depth perception, and hand-eye coordination for computer use. Seniority level
