Experience in transactional employment matters, such as drafting agreements and regulatory responses. Prior experience counseling employers on compliance and workplace best practices. California Bar admission is required. Education Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications Active California Bar membership in good standing. Skills Strong litigation and deposition skills. Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities. Analytical mindset with attention to detail in complex legal matters.
