As a Lead Cleaner, you will maintain cleanliness and order across various facilities. Your duties include performing cleaning tasks, supervising shift activities, ensuring safety compliance, resolving issues promptly, and training staff. Your role is vital in providing a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all users. Responsibilities
Perform cleaning tasks such as dust mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, and gum removal. Move furniture, check and empty trash, and replace liners. Address spills, flooded areas, and restroom concerns. Clean glass, dust, and pick up objects from floors. Restock supplies and clean/restock restrooms. Supervise in the absence of a manager and conduct inspections. Train new employees and respond to customer requests. Manage inventory levels and perform additional duties as needed. Qualifications
Prior experience as a Shift Leader. At least 1 year in janitorial work or related field. Strong communication and supervisory skills. Ability to use radios and smartphones for work orders. Willing to work weekends and overtime if required. Proficiency in English. Compensation and Benefits
