Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Implement best practices in software development, including coding standards, testing, and documentation.
Provide technical support and troubleshoot Oracle B2C Service applications.
Stay current with Oracle B2C Service features and enhancements, integrating new functionalities into existing systems.
Familiar with middleware/integration tools such as MuleSoft or Oracle Integration Cloud.
Coordinate data synchronization between Oracle Service Cloud and other systems (Oracle EBS, Reporting, OFSC).
Create detailed functional and technical documentation using flow diagrams, wireframes, etc.
Mentor and guide junior developers in best practices and emerging technologies.
What you will need Required Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in Oracle B2C Service development and support.
Strong knowledge of Oracle B2C Service architecture, configuration, and customization.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, SQL, and PL/SQL.
Experience in Oracle B2C Service Cloud implementation, customizations, and support.
Experience in developing Custom Scripts, Custom Processes (Event Handlers), BUI Extensions/Add-Ins, Business Rules, Configuration, Workflow/Workspace, Report Analytics, Knowledgebase, etc.
REST APIs for integration with external systems.
Experience with HTML, JavaScript, CSS, jQuery, PHP, .NET, ROQL, ConnectPHP.
Experience with Oracle B2C features like Job Scheduler, Element Manager, Data Sync, External Objects.
Familiar with MS DevOps & Agile methodologies.
US citizenship or US permanent residency.
Preferred Experience with Integration technologies such as SOAP, Rest API, and MuleSoft.
Knowledge of Generative AI technologies using ChatGPT API.
