The successful candidate for this full-time position will work at Store #707304, located at: 4427 I-10 Service Road W. Metairie, LA 70006. As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be the go-to person for our wholesale and retail customers, addressing their needs, answering any questions about our Sherwin-Williams products, and providing tailored recommendations. Your role is crucial in promptly resolving customer concerns to ensure maximum satisfaction and achieving our store’s sales goals. Plus, you’ll stay current on product features and uphold our visual and quality standards. In this role, you will engage with customers directly, which may include minors, and handle cash and other payment processes, as well as access to equipment and merchandise. Therefore, a review of your criminal history will be conducted to ensure the safety of our staff, customers, and the general public. Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service to ensure satisfaction. Assist customers in person and over the phone by identifying their needs and recommending appropriate products and services. Build and maintain productive relationships with customers. Accurately process sales transactions according to our policies. Meet and exceed sales goals consistently. Maintain accurate records of work orders and formulas. Prepare appropriate products for customers, including tinting and mixing. Stock shelves and set up attractive displays. Maintain cleanliness of store equipment. Assist with deliveries when necessary. Keep assigned areas organized and presentable. Stay knowledgeable about products and discuss options with customers. Comply with inventory control procedures. Provide suggestions for sales improvement. Minimum Requirements: At least 18 years of age. Authorized to work in the country without sponsorship. Proficient in English and Spanish, both verbal and written. Valid driver’s license. Capability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 70 lbs occasionally. Willingness to work scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends. Preferred Qualifications: High School diploma or GED. One year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service. Experience selling paint and paint-related products. Familiarity with tinting and mixing equipment.
