Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Spanish)

As a Customer Service Representative, you will: Deliver outstanding customer service that ensures satisfaction and fosters loyalty. Assist customers both in-person and over the phone, identifying their needs and recommending suitable products and services. Build engaging and trustworthy relationships with our customers. Handle sales transactions accurately while adhering to company policies. Meet and exceed sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis. Maintain organized work order files and product formulas. Prepare and mix products to meet customer specifications. Ensure the store is clean, organized, and adequately stocked. Stay knowledgeable about the products offered, keeping up with features and options. Comply with inventory control and suggest improvements to boost sales. Must be legally authorized to work in the country without sponsorship. Proficient in English and Spanish for effective communication. A valid, unrestricted Driver's License is required. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. occasionally with or without accommodation. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Preferred Qualifications: High School diploma or GED is preferred. At least one year of experience in retail, delivery, or customer service. Background in selling paint or paint-related products is a plus. Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment is advantageous.
