SayPro Disabled Learnership Programme
offers individuals with disabilities the opportunity to gain accredited workplace experience while completing structured training across key strategic partnership areas within SayPro. The role will expose learners to multidisciplinary functions involved in municipal, urban, environmental, infrastructure, legal, policy, performance and social development work. This learnership is designed for passionate, eager-to-learn disabled individuals looking to start a meaningful career in strategic development and administration. Learning and Work Areas Include: Participants will gain exposure and contribute to monthly and quarterly functions, including: Communications & Customer Relations Executive and Council Support Human Resources & Capacity Development Legal Services, Policy & Strategy Performance & Contract Management Urban Development, Housing & Infrastructure Climate Change & Environmental Management Electricity & Sustainable Energy Markets Recreation, Social Development & Early Childhood Development Disaster Risk Management Finance, Tax, and Reporting Library & Information Services Data Science & Innovation Projects Eligibility Criteria
South African citizen aged 18–35 A person living with a disability (proof required) Minimum Grade 12/Matric qualification Eager to work and learn in a fast-paced developmental environment Basic digital literacy and strong communication skills Commitment to completing the full 12-month learnership Able to work independently and in diverse teams What You Will Gain
