What You Will Be Doing: Aero Sustainment Operations Services (SOS) has a need to fill a role within the Sustainment Functional Readiness team. This role provides tools and analysis supporting the execution of Sustainment Operations Workforce Planning, develops performance and progress analysis, and briefs performance and analysis results to Sustainment senior and executive leadership. The candidate will serve as the Sustainment Operations Functional Workforce Planner, overseeing the process of strategic workforce planning via Vemo Tool Suite (Vemo Resource Management, Vemo Planning, & Vemo Analytics) to ensure alignment to direct business requirements and forward pricing rate proposals (FPRP). Candidate will leverage Vemo Analytics, Planning, and Resource Management data to develop Organizational Health Metrics, Key Performance Indicators, tools, and resources that provide insight into staffing adequacy, affordability levers, and targeted staffing behaviors for leaders. Additionally, candidate will act as liaison between Enterprise People Analytics & Technology (PA&T) and Finance & Business Operations (F&BO) to ensure alignment to Enterprise program, internal, and financial objectives. Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $67,000 - $117,990. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays.
