Serve as primary technical expert for AMI systems (Sensus, Neptune 360, Itron/Temetra, Metron Farnier). Support water quality monitoring and compliance applications. Manage and support Meter Test Bench application, ensuring accuracy and data integrity. Ensure data integrity and reporting accuracy for regulatory compliance. Provide technical support for Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) and Water Quality Management System. Troubleshoot system issues and provide timely resolutions. Configure and maintain system integrations. Create and maintain technical documentation and SOPs. Maintain system architecture and prepare technical specifications for enhancements. Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. 5+ years in utility operations and related applications. Proficiency with database management and SQL. Proven technical problem-solving skills. Skills and Abilities: Understanding of AMI systems, meter data management, and water quality monitoring systems. Experience with mobile workforce management platforms. System administration and support experience. Excellent communication, documentation, and multitasking skills. Quick problem-solving skills for operational issues. Self-motivated, independent, and collaborative team player. Comfortable working in office and field environments. Additional Details:
