This candidate should be comfortable with frequent travel and be able to generate new sales leads on a regular basis. The candidate should be able to keep track of their sales and effectively communicate with other team members while out in the field. Responsibilities Manage an assigned group of customers; grow a knowledge base of customers’ business and products; develop and maintain long-term customer relationships; introduce new products and services to customers Develops and executes a territory growth plan relevant to the Polishing portfolio of products Works with Product Manager and FAEs to deliver customer solutions that lead to revenue growth and increased market shares Provide ongoing application assistance and utilize technical knowledge of products to optimize customers’ processes Identify business opportunities with both new and existing customers; develop and execute sales plans to obtain business and achieve revenue objectives Meet or exceed sales targets through a direct sales process and sales expansion; develop both short-term and long-term sales objectives and the steps to execute them.
