If you’ve cut your teeth in finance transformation, process, and project management — and want to do more strategic, cross functional, and client-facing work — this is your next step. What You’ll Do As a Principal Consultant within our Business Enablement team, you’ll work closely with clients and internal teams to: Support the design and delivery of future state finance processes, operating models, and reporting structures Provide finance business consulting services to advise clients on improving business performance. Guide clients on improving and transforming the finance operating model through financial processes, enabling technologies, organizational roles, and smarter reporting systems. Analyze data, document findings, and prepare recommendations for the implementation of new financial systems, procedures, and organizational changes. Support the design of varying finance operating models including shared services and outsourcing models. Assist clients with planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting services. Consolidating finance functions across business units in order to achieve cost savings Manage a workstream or team of individuals in the delivery of client-serving efforts. Have flexibility to work on general finance strategy and other clients’ strategic initiatives such as cost optimization, M&A integration, ERP mobilization, program governance, and other potential opportunities Who You’ll Work With Finance leaders who trust us to help them modernize their organizations A collaborative team of consultants who enjoy solving real business problems Practice leaders who invest in your growth and give you space to lead when ready Colleagues who keep things thoughtful, humble, and fun — even under pressure What You Bring 4-6 Years of experience in business consulting or finance transformation related roles — ideally at a Big 4 or advisory firm Exposure to finance transformation initiatives Process improvement Finance operating model design Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) or Finance Systems Transformation Global Business Services/Outsourcing Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Order to Cash Procure to Pay Digital Record to Report Excellent communication skills and comfort working in team-based environments A desire to learn, grow, and challenge the status quo Bonus Points If You Bring Passion for storytelling with data, creating process maps, or bringing structure to chaos At Thought Logic, you’ll do more than plug into someone else’s roadmap — you’ll help shape it.
