Total Rewards Communications Manager
to be based in

This role involves partnering with Human Resources (HR) to create compelling communications that support Boeing’s compensation and benefits programs, known as Total Rewards. The successful candidate will bring a strategic mindset with the ability to think big and have attention to the smaller details at the same time, strong communication skills, excellent judgement, the capability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders and develop a team of communications specialists. Position Responsibilities: Leads communications strategy and detailed planning for Boeing Total Rewards benefits programs
Partners with HR and other internal stakeholders in support of HR and company priorities
Strategically targets communications – internally and externally – to appropriate audiences, keeping the audience at the center of communications initiatives
Innovates in communication strategy to ensure approach brings in the best outside thinking and builds on the best internal successes
Sets success metrics and measures impact of communications to test and learn, and pivot communications and engagement strategy as needed for impact
Develops team members to grow future communications capabilities
Promotes first-time quality control, with fine attention to details and process discipline to support: Employee well-being

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field
5+ years of experience in written and verbal communication skills, to achieve deliverables
5+ years of experience in a role that required project management skills
5+ years of experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): 5+ years of experience supporting communications for corporate Human Resources
3+ years of experience supporting communications for aerospace or aviation

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. Summary pay range: $113,900 - $154,100
