The Firm has an opening for a full-time Temporary Law School Recruiting Assistant starting immediately through September 2025. This role will be responsible for assisting with our brand building initiatives, summer associate program and our campus recruiting efforts.
This opportunity is available for our Palo Alto, Boston, Washington DC or Salt Lake City office locations.
Responsibilities:
Assist with event planning
Assist with heavy data entry
Process applicants/resumes
Assist with interview scheduling
Prepare correspondence
Provide general administrative support
Assist with special projects as needed
Qualifications:
1+ years of prior administrative or recruiting experience in a law firm or professional services environment, preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
Must possess strong computer skills in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel
Possess a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Possess strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
The primary location for this job posting is in Palo Alto, but other locations may be listed. The actual base pay offered will depend upon a variety of factors, including but not limited to the selected candidate’s qualifications, years of relevant experience, level of education, professional certifications and licenses, and work location. The anticipated pay range for this position is as follows:San Francisco and Silicon Valley: $24.52 - $33.18 per hourAustin, Boston, Boulder, District of Columbia, Los Angeles, New York, San Diego, Seattle, and Wilmington: $22.07 - $29.86 per hourSalt Lake City and all other locations: $19.62 - $26.54 per hour Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE).
