Intuit is expanding our People Analytics, Research, and Technology (PART) organization and seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst (Workday Performance & Talent) to help elevate the employee experience through optimized talent technologies. This role involves configuring and enhancing Workday Talent and Performance solutions, working closely with cross-functional partners to drive impactful, data-informed outcomes. It requires deep functional knowledge of Workday, strong systems thinking, and hands-on experience in configuration, testing, and business process design. Responsibilities
Serve as a subject matter expert for Workday Talent and Performance modules. Configure and maintain system capabilities; troubleshoot and resolve issues. Translate business needs into scalable solutions leveraging Workday functionality. Collaborate with HR and cross-functional stakeholders to design solutions that enhance employee experience and business results. Partner with product owners to capture requirements, create documentation, testing strategies, and implementation plans. Provide functional input to change management materials. Use data analysis to monitor outcomes and inform product roadmaps. Identify and recommend system and process improvements. Drive knowledge sharing activities within PART. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience. 5+ years configuring and managing Workday Talent and Performance modules. Strong understanding of HR processes including career development, skills, mobility, performance, and talent acquisition. Hands-on experience with system configuration, data analysis, testing, and security/reporting in Workday. Workday Talent & Performance Certification preferred. Excellent collaboration and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. Analytical skills for system gap analysis and solutions. Experience with Workday Extend preferred. Knowledge of Workday security and reporting. Compensation and Benefits
Base pay ranges from $135,000 to $182,500 in Bay Area, CA, and $124,500 to $168,500 in Southern California. The position is eligible for bonuses, equity rewards, and benefits. Pay is based on experience, skills, and location. Regular pay equity assessments are conducted. Additional Details
