Nuclear Medicine Technologist Location: Orange, CA Salary: $110,000 - $150,000 + Full Benefits + Bonus Sign-on Bonus: $10,000 Relocation Assistance Available We are seeking a Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join our team. Reporting to the Nuclear Medicine Supervisor, the incumbent will perform a full range of in vivo and in vitro Nuclear Medicine procedures using radiopharmaceuticals and related chemicals. Responsibilities include providing quality patient care, ensuring timely throughput of patients, and performing various exams. The technologist will operate and perform quality control on stationary and portable scintillation equipment, including gamma cameras, Geiger-Mueller counters, well counters, dose calibration devices, and ancillary equipment. The role also involves performing PET, Nuc Med, and CT diagnostic studies on PET/CT scanners, including injection of CT contrast media, image acquisition, and reformatting. Additionally, the technologist will perform scans and procedures to support scanner qualification for research trials, creating and programming study-specific protocols under supervision.
