Nuclear Medicine Technologist

Nuclear Medicine Technologist Location: Orange, CA Salary: $110,000 to $150,000 + Full Benefits + Bonus Sign-on Bonus: $10,000.00 Relocation Assistance Available Reporting to the Nuclear Medicine Supervisor, the incumbent is responsible for performing a full range of in vivo and in vitro Nuclear Medicine procedures using radiopharmaceuticals and related substances. The role includes providing quality patient care, ensuring timely throughput of patients, and performing their exams. Operates and maintains quality control of stationary and portable scintillation equipment, including gamma cameras, Geiger-Mueller counters, well counters, dose calibration devices, and ancillary equipment. Performs PET, Nuc Med, and CT diagnostic studies on PET/CT scanners, including injection of CT Contrast Media, image acquisition, and reformatting. Responsible for scans and procedures to support research trials, creating and programming study-specific protocols under supervision. Must work on-call as required.
