We're currently seeking a reliable and organized Office Administrator to support the daily operations and help keep the office running smoothly.
Position Overview: The Office Administrator/Manager will be responsible for overseeing general office operations, supporting field staff, and ensuring administrative tasks are completed efficiently. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day office operations including filing, scheduling, and correspondence Handle incoming calls, emails, and mail Maintain and organize company documents and records Assist with invoicing, billing, and basic bookkeeping tasks Support HR functions such as onboarding and maintaining employee records Coordinate with vendors, clients, and subcontractors Order office supplies and manage inventory Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Qualifications:
